框架设计
为了获得稳定的饰面陶瓷和理想的框架支撑,框架设计应模仿最终修复体的设计,以便使陶瓷饰面层具有均匀的厚度。为了提供充分的美观饰面选项,组件选择和框架设计应考虑 1.5 - 2 mm 的饰面厚度。如果只有很小的颌间空间,则框架可以设计为在粘膜侧没有饰面材料层。高度抛光/上釉的表面至关重要,尤其是在修复体的粘膜表面上。
鉴于铸造合金不再受欢迎,钛和 CoCr 合金已成为 CAD/CAM 研磨框架的典型材料选择。锆氧化物(氧化锆)在所有牙科陶瓷中最坚固耐用,用于美观需求或材料喜好要求很高的情况。
为了得到适当的美观效果和形状,氧化锆框架用透明长石质或玻璃陶瓷材料进行饰面。
连接部位设计和尺寸
对于锆氧化物或钛框架,连接部位尺寸/表面建议为 8-9.4 mm²(Procera Implant Bridge(瑞典瓷种植体牙桥))。
桥体长度高达 21 mm 时:建议的连接部位尺寸为 4.0 mm x 2.5 mm/表面为 8 mm²。
桥体长度介于 21 和 35 mm 之间时:建议的连接部位尺寸为 4.0 mm x 3.0 mm/表面为 9.4 mm²。
延伸部分的最大长度应为 10 mm,连接部位尺寸为 4.0 mm x 3.0 mm/表面为 9.4 mm²。
在颌孔间或窦间进行种植体定位时,建议远端种植体具有最大倾斜以便实现(至少)到第一个臼齿的延伸设计。
