Dr. Wood is a highly respected oral and maxillofacial surgeon, with over 25 years of industry experience. He holds degrees in both Medicine and Dentistry, allowing him to have a comprehensive understanding of oral health and its connection to overall health. In addition to his academic achievements, he has also obtained surgical qualifications, specialising in facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and routine oral surgery, including dental implants. His extensive training and practice in these areas have equipped him with the necessary skills and expertise to provide his patients with the highest quality of care.
Throughout his career, Richard has trained in some of the most prestigious hospitals in Melbourne and Geelong. This exposure has allowed him to gain valuable hands-on experience in various clinical settings, further enhancing his oral and maxillofacial surgery knowledge and skills. As a result, Richard has earned the specialty qualification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (FRACDS(OMS)), demonstrating his dedication to excellence in his field.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Lim graduated from the University of Sydney and trained in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery training program in Sydney. She then furthered her training in the United States with a Fellowship at the University of Texas, Houston. Dr Lim is currently the Head of Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Westmead Hospital and Consultant OMFS Surgeon at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead where she is involved in the OMFS post-graduate training program. She is a Honorary Associate of the University of Sydney and teaches the post-graduate Orthodontic students on Surgical Orthodontics. Dr Lim is in private practice at Sydney Oral and Facial Surgery where she has a special interest in Orthognathic Surgery and Advanced Surgical Implantology.
