Tilted Implants: the concept and the standard case
Video highlights
- Treatment options for edentulous jaws
- Review of the All-on-4 concept
- Presentation of the V-II-V concept
In the first part of the webinar series on Tilted Implants, Prof. Enrico Agliardi starts his presentation with the review of different treatment options for edentulous patients or patients with failing dentition.
He focuses on the treatment of standard cases that are regularly seen in the clinical practice and provides guidance on how to evaluate and approach these cases. Prof. Agliardi shares three patient cases and explains how he evaluates the initial situation, plans the complete treatment with a digital workflow and executes the surgical steps. He concludes the case presentations with the final prosthetics and follow-ups. The patient case 1 shows a case with failing dentition and low bone quantity. Patient case 2 shows the treatment of a patient with a gummy smile and failing dentition. The third patient case demonstrates the treatment of a patient with soft bone and an infection in the maxilla.
During his presentation, Prof. Agliardi reviews the All-on-4 concept and the V-II-V concept in detail and highlights the key points of both concepts and their optimal clinical application.
After his presentation, Prof. Agliardi discusses his treatment approach with the moderator of the webinar series, Dr. Nikola Vasilic.
