The lecture presents an All-on 4 treatment in a complex case, on a patient with Huntingtons chorea with constant parafunction. The anatomic challenges comprise unfavorable biomechanics, alveolar mandibular hypertrophy and super-erupted lower teeth, absence of maxillary alveolar bone, prominent sinus cavities and minimal nasal bone. Video part 1 presents the patient situation and reviews immediate function factors. Video part two explains the treatment planning and the treatment procedures, including extraction of the remaining dentition, All-on 4 treatment with immediate function in the mandible, sinus graft, placement of angled subnasal implants into the vomer bone, and placement of transsinus implant.
