This presentation aims to examine how digital planning is extremely valuable for the replacement of single units in the esthetic zone aggregating precision and predictability. The threedimensional images of NobelClinician allow the surgeon to evaluate the site at every possible angle, defining the point of engagement at the palatal aspect of the alveolus, as well as the ideal length, diameter and inclination of the implant. This information is of utmost importance even when going for freehand surgery.
