Current multidisciplinary management of both simple and complex clinical scenarios has evolved significantly in recent years. The changes in this evolution have been aimed at achieving more predictable as well as longer lasting results, without excluding interesting aspects such as the esthetics and adequate function of the cases treated. The goal of this lecture is to describe the current ability of the clinician to predict the final phases of a complex treatment through the use of digital technology, enabling him or her to design a reliable step-by-step planning sequence that will lead them towards the desired successful outcome.
