Armando Lopes: Minimally invasive surgical protocols

Oral implant surgical procedures may comprise grafting and flap procedures and subsequently cause prolonged treatment and healing periods as well as chance of pain and morbidity for the patient. In this presentation Dr Lopes highlights that with the know-how, expertise, and the implant design and surface available today, in many cases we can apply low invasive, graftless and flapless procedures taking less time and causing no or considerably less pain for the patient. Dr Lopes gives an overview and insight in low invasive, graftless and flapless procedures, using modern technologies such as short and narrow implants, Zygomatic implants and digital patient anatomy visualization and treatment planning.
