The All-on-4® graftless treatment concept provides an advantageous solution for delivery of full arch immediate load hybrid prosthesis for patients suffering from failing dentition. The biomechanical basis and clinical success of the All-on-4® treatment concept in both maxillary and mandibular arches has been validated by numerous scientific and clinical publications in dental literature. Nevertheless, in order to successfully implement the All-on-4® treatment concept, clinicians must have a detailed understanding of the indications, contraindications and specific risk factors for complications. This presentation will discuss science and the clinical treatment planning concepts used when considering tilted vs. the Zygoma implant by evaluation of the residual alveolar bone volume.
