The lecture gives insight in how we can deliver naturally looking restorations with highly predictable long-term soft tissue integration, in our daily practice. Preservation of bone crest and soft tissue are supported by a tight implant-abutment connection as a barrier against bacteria penetration, platform shift, biocompatible surfaces like TiUnite and Zirconia, and optimal design of the soft tissue emergence profile. Presenting two patient treatment cases, Dr Pozzi explains how to develop estheticly scalopped gingiva and to design esthetic restorations with Zirconia and Lithiumdisilicate ceramics.
