Single anterior tooth replacement
This 21-year old female patient presented with a fractured anterior incisor #11 FDI (#8 US). Clinical examination revealed a fractured anterior tooth without any soft tissue defect. Patient has a median smile line. Pre-operative 3D-CT showed an intact buccal bone plate. The incisor had to be extracted, an immediate implant and an immediate provisional restoration were placed the same day. 4 months later, the definitive restoration was delivered. The patient is satisfied with function and aesthetics.
