Complete arch treatment using four implants

A 58-year old male patient looking for a quick, reliable and esthetic treatment solution to his problem: loss of multiple teeth, need for replacement of his conventional, partial removable dentures with a fixed restoration. After a detailed assessment the All-on-4® treatment concept with immediate implant placement and restoration with a fixed temporary bridge for the upper jaw and treatment of the lower jaw with single crowns and implant placement in the molar area were chosen.

A wax mould was fabricated in order to create a new occlusion and new esthetics.

During the healing process a natural occlusion could be obtained, due to a simple correction of the fixed temporary restoration. From the prosthetic point of view a full arch zirconia bridge with an implant level screw connection was fabricated. Naturally the connection between the maxilla and molars could be preserved through the fabrication of temporary restorations.
