Bimaxillary full arch rehabilitation on four implants
A 64-year-old male patient complained about the poor masticatory performance of his partial removable dentures in the upper and lower jaw. The poor esthetics of the prostheses did not concern the patient much, but he did not mind to have his smile improved either. Furthermore, the patient specifically asked for a fixed restoration. To meet the patient's wishes and since it was not possible to keep the residual dentition, an All-on-4® treatment concept was chosen as a restorative solution.
