immediate Zr implant
Have you seen BioImplant ,a real customized onepiece immediate Zr implant ?
I think it has been unjustly overlooked or even suppressed and worth every consideration .
Too bad industry cares only for the big buck.

you got a point on that. I have seen this system and I found it interesting regarding the idea of the implant shape being exactly the shape of the natural root, increasing not only the contact between zirconia and the bone but also, keeping the anatomy of the socket which leads to a better support for the tissues. I would love to see more studies about this technique. my only concern about it is the primary stability, I do not know if we can reach a good level of stability only by frictional contact.
