Dr. Aina Mesquida received her DDS from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, Madrid, in 2009. In 2011 she graduated from the advanced education program in prosthodontics for international dentists at New York University. In 2014 Dr. Mesquida graduated from the three-year full-time advanced education in implant dentistry program at Loma Linda University in California, US. She is a member of several dental associations including the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), and is an associate fellow in the American Academy in Implant Dentistry (AAID). At the present time Aina practices implantology at Clinica Dental Altés&Mesquida in Palma, Majorca, alongside research. Dr. Mesquida has been invited to speak at several national and international meetings. She is a coauthor of a chapter in a Quintessence publication.
