Zirconia and lithium disilicate posterior crowns
Two mandibular molars with gold inlays had served well for 38 years, but there were no cracks in the teeth that required full coverage restoration. Patient wanted ceramic crowns for personal interest. One crown was made using layered Zirconia and one using layered lithium disilicate copings.
