Rehabilitation of edentulous maxilla and partially edentulous mandible
A 50-year old female patient had 5 remaining maxillary anterior but no posterior teeth. The sinuses were pneumatized and sinus grafting was required bilaterally followed by a 6-month healing period prior to placement of 6 implants. A provisional fixed prosthesis was placed within 24 hours following implant placement.
