Successful esthetic implant therapy in site of past failure
Lead:
Giorgio Tabanella
A 54-year-old female patient presented with 2 implant failures as well as a bone graft failure. As a result of an apical surgery, an amalgam tattoo was evident on the buccal aspect. The compromised pink aesthetics, as well as prosthodontic discrepancies, were evident. The patient wanted individual teeth. The patient's chief complaint and expectations: "I would like to have nice teeth and chew properly."
