A 54-year-old male patient presented for rehabilitation of an extended maxillary edentulous space. The patient was rehabilitated without any grafting by using artificial pink gingiva and implants with bone expansion properties.
Multi-disciplinary treatment of absent central incisors
A 28-year-old male patient presented after a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy performed to correct a Class II deep bite. During the same surgery, an autogenous chin graft was placed in order to augment the anterior maxilla.
